Training approach
Our workshops are divided into blocks. During an intake the relevant topics are selected and compiled into workshops.
In the SPSS workshops on database analysis “Customer Intelligence” is central. Some example workshop blocks are:
- Customer segmentation and customer value calculation
- Campaign evaluations and development of predictive models for acquisition, cross-sell and retention
- Presenting analysis insights
In the SPSS workshops on questionnaire analysis “listening to the customer/ market” is central. Example blocks are:
- Problem analysis, questionnaire design and analysis design
- Applications of basic analysis techniques in customer & market research
- Customer segmentation and market segmentation
- Application of advanced analysis techniques in customer & market research
